Safer Internet Day 2024

We are delighted to have won the award for Best Overall Campaign (Primary) in the Webwise Safer Internet Day 2024 Awards! 🏆
Our school has been complimented on its multifaceted Safer Internet Day campaign. Thank you Webwise!

Well done to all of our teachers and students for their hard work in promoting a safer, better internet!

With Safer Internet Day on Tuesday 6th February, we all learned how to stay safe and make the most of being online. From stop motion videos and poster presentations from our 6th class girls, to Webwise colouring competitions and writing our online safety tips, it was a busy and informative week. The children were delighted to receive Webwise wristbands to mark the day too. 💻📱

For parents, Webwise have developed a Parent Information Hub with lots of information, recorded webinars and downloadable publications:

Webwise Parent Hub
Parent Webinars (recorded past webinars)
Parents’ Guide to a Better Internet (Webwise Publication)

Have a look at some of our staying safe online videos, and the winning poster and colouring competition entries from each class. All of the children were excited to receive Webwise wristbands to mark the day. Well done to all of our winners!
