Uniform

The Uniform Policy is under review in 2023/2024.  It remains at the discretion of parents as to whether the children wear either their school tracksuit or uniform on any given day.

Junior and Senior Infants (Boys & Girls)
Navy school tracksuit – see below for details.

Junior Infants to 4th Class (Girls)
Wine cardigan, wine pinafore, cream blouse, wine tie, wine, cream or white socks or tights, black or navy shoes.

5th & 6th Class (Girls)
Navy v-neck jumper, white shirt, navy tie, Lindsay kilt (dark), navy or black socks or tights, black or navy shoes.

WEAR THE CORRECT CLOTHES FOR P.E. AND GAMES

School tracksuit:
Navy tracksuit top with crest, plain navy tracksuit bottoms, white aertex t-shirt, plain navy shorts, white socks.

Footwear:
Runners which offer good support should be worn. Infants should wear runners with Velcro fastenings. Canvas type footwear is not suitable. Laces should be tied securely.

Jewellery of any description must not be worn at P.E. or Games.
While we do not encourage children to wear jewellery to school, the following is acceptable:
– A simple chain, once it is not visible. Chokers are not allowed.
– 1 or 2 small rings.
– Small discrete earrings in the earlobe (maximum of 2)
– Wearing of a ring in the upper ear, nose etc. is strictly forbidden.
Bracelets/ anklets are not included in this list and, therefore, not allowed.

Make-up must not be worn to school.
Nail varnish, false/ gel nails are not allowed.
Hair colour or hair extensions are not permitted.
